No matter the uniform - be it football, basketball or baseball - Jude Suazo exhibited raw athletic talent and a knack for making others around him better in 2017-18.
A natural leader, Suazo has shown growth and maturity during his two-year tenure at quarterback for coach Art Abreu Jr. and the Taos Tigers football team. Along with a solid arm and steadfast legs, the cerebral warrior has also demonstrated a calmness under pressure, which he regularly utilized on the basketball court and baseball diamond as well. Suazo was named to the Class 4A all-state football team (first team defense) and was invited to play in the North-South All-Star game June 8.
