Taos boys soccer continued their winning streak against St. Michael's High School on Thursday (Sept. 19).

The Tigers beat the Horsemen 5-1 in Santa Fe, bringing their current winning streak to three games.

Tigers held the lead going into the second half of the game and started the back 45 minutes up by three goals. St. Michaels scored their only goal in the second half, but the Tigers still bested the Horsemen by gaining two more goals before the end of the match.

The Tigers took their 7-1-1 record into Tuesday's (Sept. 24) match against Pagosa Springs. The score of that game was not available by press time.

This year has been one for the books for the Tigers, overcoming opponents like Santa Fe Prep and Bernalillo High School.

The Tigers will square up against Hatch Valley before entering their district games in October.
