Thank you for the informative articles on the ill-named Lucky Corridor. I am appalled that this idea, though, has already received so much traction. With all the attention paid to improving the quality of Taos and its surroundings, more and higher power poles have to be tops on the list of how the character of this area has already been adversely affected. I applaud the suggestions of Jeremy Landau in his Oct. 26 letter. Make efforts to transmit and produce energy in other ways, and bury power lines – both existing and proposed.
