El Prado woman reported missing

New Mexico State Police has issued a press release stating that Gloria Jaime Mandala of El Prado has been "located," but offered no details regarding her condition.

El Prado resident and local musician Gloria Jaime Mandala is missing and may be in danger, according to a press release from New Mexico State Police.

Mandala, 68, was last seen leaving her residence at 4 Camino Don Benito in El Prado around 5 p.m. on March 9. While she told her landlord she would return the following day, she never came back to her residence.

The 68-year-old is 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 140 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. She also has a visible birth mark on the middle of her forehead. It is unknown what clothing she was last seen wearing.

She is believed to be driving a white 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe bearing a turquoise New Mexico license plate numbered PLN-498.

Information regarding Mandala's whereabouts should be submitted to state police at (505) 425-6771 or by dialing 911.

Taos County resident Melissa Crabtree also recently went missing. Like Mandala, Crabtree was also a well-known local musician who performed around Taos County. Information on her case should be submitted to Taos Central Dispatch at (575) 758-2216.
