Baca earns nursing degree at Adams State


Danielle Baca, of Taos, received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in May from from Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado. Adams State awarded 314 degrees, including 252 bachelor's degrees and 62 associate degrees.

Dr. Donna Lynne, Colorado lieutenant governor and chief operating officer, gave the undergraduate commencement address. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from University of New Hampshire, a master's degree in public administration from George Washington University and a doctorate degree in public health from Columbia University.
