The Taos Tigers volleyball team gained its fourth win of the season Tuesday (Sept. 24) against Ratón High School.

Teams were neck and neck during the first set as the Lady Tigers kept the score within a small margin. Taos eventually pulled ahead, winning the first 25-22. The second set saw the Taos Tigers pull away from Ratón for most of the match, winning the second set by 13 points. The final set of the match was a push-pull, as Ratón and Taos would both trade the lead. Taos lost three points to ace shots during the third game but eventually pulled ahead by two points to win the set and the match overall.

The Tigers are on a four-game winning streak as they head to Pojoaque High School on Oct. 3. The ladies return home on Oct. 5 to host Capital High School.
