The town of Red River Council voted 3-2 to cancel vendors on public property for the annual Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally.  In a special meeting Thursday (April 16) Red River mayor Linda Calhoun broke a 2-2 tie in a motion cancelling vendor permits for the popular annual motorcycle event. The cancelation comes as the spread of COVID-19 has caused the state of New Mexico to declare a health emergency to deal with the crisis.  more
