LeRoy Belcher, Texas Tech alum, born in San Pedro, California October 4, 1943, 76 years of age passed away January 29, 2020, in Albuquerque following a sudden illness. He is survived by a large and loving family, a daughter and two grandsons of Taos, and two older brothers, Bobby of Lubbock and Jerry of Temple, Texas.
