Our mom, left this world peacefully on November 1, 2021.  She is predeceased by her former husband, our dad, Charles L Height and her siblings, Dorothy Daniel, Charles Ledbetter and Richard Ledbetter.  She is survived by her husband, William Boub, and her three children and their spouses:  Cheryl Romero, Martin Romero, Charlotte Speir, Bob Speir, David Height and Cathy Height:  her seven grandchildren and their families:  Rebeca Romero Rainey, John Rainey, Izabela Romero Rainey, Elliana Romero Rainey;  Miguel Romero, Regina Romero, Miquela Romero and Mariana Romero, Mateo Romero, and Marcus Romero;  Christopher Romero, Leslie Romero, Andrew Romero, and Allie Sophia Romero;  Juliet Speir McGlohon, Allan McGlohon, Maeve McGlohon, Carter McGlohon;  Jessica Speir Kimball, Will Kimball, Kyla Kimball, William Kimball and Ryan Kimball;  Jonathan Height, Hannah Height, Leo Height;  Matthew Height, Kelsey Height, Clara Belle Height, and Charles Height; and her best friend, Jim McBride. Patsy was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma on February 20, 1933.  At 15, she graduated from high school in Causey, New Mexico.  In 1973 she graduated from the University of Colorado, Magna Cum Laude, and became a Certified Public Accountant.  She worked on the initial formation of Centinel Bank and later returned to Taos to serve as Chief Financial Officer.   Patsy was a mentor, role model and leader for everyone around her and made a positive impact on the community of Taos. She was excellent at cooking and entertaining and loved spending time with her family and friends.  She loved country music and dancing.   She was a cherished mother, grandmother, wife and friend, and we will miss her.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BridgesProject.org, an organization Patsy supported since its formation, dedicated to helping students of all ages go on to receive post-secondary education.
