Kim J. Black “Pumpkin Pie”

With great sadness, we said goodbye to Kim J. Black on February 7th, 2021.  Kim was born in York, PA. June 9, 1954.  Kim is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Matroka, Jessie Buffington and James Buffington, siblings Harold Emig and Helen Donovan. Kim is survived by his children, Kimberly Poet, Kristin Poet, and Justin Black. His grandchildren Elijah, Echo, Maggie, Beyage, Xochi, Emma, Olivia and Byron. His brothers, William Black and Steve Buffington. His sisters, Ruth Orendorf, Nancy Pitman, Dorothy Stine and Patti McCleary. Kim made his home in Eagle Nest, NM, the valley he loved so much.  He lived life on his own terms.  He loved his family, motorcycles, playing his spoons and the Indianapolis Colts.
