John Daniel McCarthy,

Age 24, a resident of Taos, passed away unexpectedly on August 21, 2020. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daniel and Lauri LePorin and great grandparents John and Lucy Valvano. John was very outgoing, had a great sense of humor and was just a fun guy to hang out with. He loved to spend his spare time in the outdoors hanging out with his friends and family. His family was quite fond of his extremely great cooking skills as John loved to cook and was currently a Chef. He will be missed by all who knew him, especially his dog Zulu.  John is survived by his mother, Shannon McCarthy (Anthony Ocana); twin brother, Dustin McCarthy; sister, Arianna Paquariello; aunts and uncles, Christine Valvano (Stephen Johnson), Gabrielle Conforti, Leah and Stuart Wilde, Beth Baldini, Daniel and Jesse Valvano; cousins, Sacha, Izabella, Lilianna, Violante, and Zack; along with many other loving relatives and cherished friends.
