Ernest Valerio Jr.

Age 54, a resident of Taos passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 11, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father Ernest Valerio Sr.; grandparents Albert and Eulalia Rodriguez and Trinidad and Della Valerio; also, several aunts and uncles. Ernest was a Journeyman Electrician, working construction in the area for years.  An avid outdoorsman, he loved the outdoors hunting, fishing and camping.   He especially enjoyed spending time with his three sons and family, who will miss him dearly. He is survived by his children Nathan Valerio (Brianna), Brian Valerio and Zach Valerio; grandson Isaiah; mother of his children Jessica Hernandez; his mother Mabel Valerio; sisters Patricia Trujillo (George), Melissa Ranspot (Yancey) and Denise Valerio, plus many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited on Saturday April 24, 2021 at 9:15AM followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church.  COVID 19 restrictions will be observed.
