July 22

11:13 a.m. Civil complaint, Gusdorf Road - A caller said she had given a woman an eviction notice for a unit she was renting, but she was refusing to comply.

12:19 p.m. Reckless driver, Walgreens - A caller said a driver in the area was driving recklessly and flipping people off.

1:19 p.m. Assault, Linda Vista Lane - A caller said her son was outside picking up trash and another male came and hit him.

2:18 p.m. Psychiatric behavioral, Holy Cross Medical Center - A caller said a man waiting to be transferred to another facility for psychiatric treatment was threatening staff.

5:29 p.m. Citizen assist, La Lomita Road - A caller said he wanted some advice on concealed carry permits in New Mexico.

July 23

2:50 a.m. Public indecency, Casa Benavidez - A caller said a man was under a streetlight completely naked.

7:41 a.m. Property found, Walmart - A caller said he had found a wallet and wanted to turn it in.

1:50 p.m. Animal stray, The Coffee Spot - A caller said an injured skunk had sprayed some people.

4:14 p.m. Criminal damage, Taos Valley Lodge - A caller said a man with a knife was trying to break into a room where a mother and her son were staying.

7:55 p.m. Trespassing, Salazar Road - A caller said someone was racing a loud ATV in the area.

July 24

4:34 a.m. Assault, Shell, 1137 Paseo del Pueblo Sur - A caller said a woman, who appeared to be intoxicated, showed up and claimed she was five months pregnant and had been run over by a vehicle.

7:45 a.m. Public health order violation, Taos Plaza - A caller was asking that an officer patrol Taos Plaza to check for people not wearing masks.

9:23 a.m. Warrant, Taos Physical Therapy - A caller said a man, who may have been armed and dangerous and with multiple warrants, was seen walking with two other men near Taos Physical Therapy.

10:19 a.m. Harassment, Taos Eco Park - A caller said a woman she had told to put on a mask was harassing her.

11:50 a.m. Animal abuse, Taos Plaza - A caller said a dog in a car with its windows up was panting.

1:44 p.m. Property lost, Walmart - A caller said he had lost a black bifold wallet in the store. Employees reviewed surveillance footage and saw that another individual had picked it up and left the store.

4:05 p.m. Public affray, Taos Ale House - A caller said there was a fight going on in the middle of the street.

7:32 p.m. Information report, Gusdorf Place - A caller said someone had stolen his dog.

9:06 p.m. Harassment, Gusdorf Place - A caller said someone was harassing her.

July 25

2:56 a.m. Robbery, El Camino Lodge - A caller said three males in a black SUV had robbed another man.

6:23 a.m. Robbery, El Camino Lodge - A caller said an SUV whose occupants were suspected in a robbery earlier that morning was back at the lodge.

11:23 a.m. Shoplifting, Super Save - A caller said two women had filled their purses with stolen merchandise.

12:44 p.m. Traffic accident, no injury - A caller said there had been a three-vehicle accident involving two Jeeps and a black Cadillac. She said the driver of the Cadillac had taken off.

2:45 p.m. Public health order violation, Martyrs Steakhouse - A caller said four customers were being noncompliant with face mask requirements.

4:57 p.m. Information report, Gusdorf Place - A caller said his father had attacked him and possibly dislocated his arm.

July 26

10:24 a.m. Public health order violation, Taos Eco Park - A caller said there were some kids playing soccer and some of them were not wearing masks. A responding officer reported to dispatch that all of them were wearing masks.

10:29 a.m. Public health order violation, La Loma Street - A caller said some people from Texas were staying in a rental but were not quarantining as per state orders.

10:47 a.m. Public health order violation, Taos Diner - A caller said there were a lot of people on the patio dining area not practicing social distancing. A responding officer reported to dispatch that law enforcement could not do anything as long as the people there were eating.

10:51 a.m. Traffic accident, private property, Shell, 1137 Paseo del Pueblo Sur - A caller said a gas delivery truck had backed into the building and broke the water lines to the car wash.

11:38 a.m. Property lost, Dollar General - A caller said she had lost her wallet in the store. Employees found it later and returned it to her.

11:58 a.m. Public health order violation, AutoZone - A caller said some employees were not wearing masks. A responding officer told them to put their masks on and they complied.

2:15 p.m. Public health order violation, Maria Lane - A caller said she was running around exercising at Sunset Park. She said some people were not wearing masks.

2:51 p.m. Suspicious circumstance, Siler Road - A caller a man was digging around a wooden statue and appeared to be attempting to remove it.

6:40 p.m. Reckless driver, Paseo del Pueblo Sur - A caller said a driver was traveling down the center lane.

7:21 p.m. Public health order violation, Walmart - A woman not wearing a mask was walking toward the garden center refusing to leave.

8:59 p.m. Shots fired, Fernandez Road - A caller said she heard what sounded like shots being fired in the area.

July 27

12 a.m. Information report, Taos Diner, 908 Paseo del Pueblo Norte - A caller said a man was defecating on one of the plants outside the restaurant.

10:03 a.m. Reckless driver, Camino del Medio - A caller said a driver in a gray sedan with tinted windows and no back license plate was swerving in and out of the roadway.

10:57 a.m. Public health order violation, Kit Carson Park - A caller said a large family on the playground had no masks on.

11:44 a.m. Domestic disturbance, Linda Vista Lane - A caller said a male was beating up his mom.

2:12 p.m. Traffic accident, injury, Cid's - A caller said a man on a bike had been hit by a car and looked injured.

2:42 p.m. Fall, Hampton Inn - A caller said her fiancé had fallen near the pool and had a laceration on his head.

7:18 p.m. Public health order violation, Smith's - A caller said a woman inside Smith's was not wearing a mask.
