N.M. governor: Schools won't start in-class instruction until after Labor Day

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and some cabinet secretaries gave an update Thursday (July 23) on the status of COVID-19 and discussed how the state will work with schools to reboot classes in the fall.
