A total of 11 new cases of COVID-19 were reported for Taos County on Oct. 14, with no new deaths for the county.

The New Mexico Department of Health reported 879 new cases of COVID-19 in the state on Thursday (Oct. 14), including 11 new cases in Taos County. The total number of cases in the county currently stands at 2,304.

While 20 additional deaths connected to COVID-19 were reported for the state on Thursday, no new deaths have been reported in Taos County. The total death toll in the county remains at 61. There have been a total of 4,919 deaths in New Mexico.

Statewide, a total of 262,954 cases have been reported since the beginning of the pandemic, with 233,065 recoveries, according to NMDOH. A total of 369 individuals were hospitalized for COVID-19 as of Oct. 14.
