The USSSA men's adult basketball league is looking for teams for the 2017-18 basketball season.

The YogaOne Women's Retreat is slated to take place at the Blue Sky Retreat Center in Taos from Oct. 26-29.

Ballet Core Fit
Looking for a great way to fit an effective workout into your week? A free Ballet Core Fit class is being offered at the new location of the Sundance Studios (across from Wired? Café). Classes take place on Tuesdays, 12:15 to 1 p.m.
This is a ballet- and Pilates-inspired full-body workout for adults of any level of fitness and dance experience.
Lengthen and strengthen, improve posture and relieve pain, balance and align your body. This free class runs between regular dance fitness contemporary classes. Participants work on the mat and center barre.

Fun for all ages and all levels, students can sharpen their minds while getting physically fit.

Public demonstration days are scheduled at Tenderfoot Katie's, Taos Ski Valley, Dec. 15-16.
Come demo the newest skis and snowboards on the market. The event will be open to the public for two days from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the base of Lift 1. Registration is $10 for the two-day event and will be located in the Looking Glass inside Tenderfoot Katie's at the base of Lift 1.
The first day of the 2017-18 winter ski season at Taos Ski Valley is tentatively slated for Nov. 23.
