Nelson is a 10-year-old male cat. He is a Siamese mix with luxuriant soft fur, white with chocolate and gray accents. His eyes are definitely not orange as shown, but a pure pale blue, typical of the breed. He’s originally from Talpa, where he was an indoor/outdoor pet. Although he was much loved, his lifelong owner could no longer keep him, so Nelson came to Taos Feral Feline Friends.
Nelson is a mellow, friendly cat that loves attention. However, like most cats, he may take some time to adjust to a new home and become your best friend. He has good “street smarts” and will do fine both indoors and out. He gets along well with other cats. He’s a good-sized cat, so Taos Feral Feline Friends expects he won’t be intimidated by dogs unless they are large and aggressive.
There are no adoption costs and all of Taos Feral Feline Friends’ extra special cats are already fixed and up to date on their vaccinations. Nelson needs a new companion. Perhaps you do, too. They are in a nice new home together!
