Update: Sept. 19, 11 a.m.
Taos County Sheriff's deputies were in pursuit of a wanted woman, Selena McCracken, Monday afternoon (Sept. 18).
According to reports from Taos Central Dispatch disseminated around 4:30 p.m., McCracken had fled on foot as deputies attempted to serve at least one warrant at a residence near Taos Eco Park.
Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said in an update on Tuesday (Sept. 19), that McCracken avoided capture, but that another suspect, Ariel Reyes, was taken into custody at the residence.
McCracken is said to be wearing green clothing and a green backpack.
