Well, I bought my first snowboard movie of the year the other day. I probably shouldn't have done it. I probably should have bought one more mountain bike video to keep me stoked on biking for the next month and a half. (Anthill's Strength in Numbers is super awesome, by the way.) But when I saw Absinthe Films new release, Resonance, up on Itunes last week, I couldn't resist it. I had to see what Gigi Ruf, Nicolas Muller, Bode Merrill and the rest of the crew captured on film this time around. Answer: They kept progressing, learning new tricks and shredding the mountain.

The movie isn't quite as good as Absinthe's 2011 release, Twelve, but that's mostly because Twelve is one of the raddest snowboard movies ever. Resonance definitely doesn't disappoint. I've already watched it a handful of times, and it has me excited to ride. Unfortunately, ski season is still almost two months off. So buyer beware, are you really ready to start drooling over powder turns? If not, check out Anthill.
