Bloopers. They happen all the time, but most likely you are not going to realize that you have caught a blooper moment until you start looking through your photos. 

You can work at having quick reflexes and being able to anticipate a blooper moment, because in all actuality that is what you are trying to do anyways right, capturing the precise moment that accurately describes the situation before the viewers even start to read the caption or story beside the photo.
