Dear Ted: I have noticed that most news is looking at the past and saying how it all should have been different with a level of negativity. I see how I do this to myself and others do it to themselves. I see how others have a negative lens that seems to spread more negativity. This cannot be healthy for anyone. Dear Ted: I recently had a cat die and have been devastated to the point of waves of tearful moments, depression and mini panic attacks. I am completely surprised by this and even ashamed by my behavior.
